The numbers attending hurling with the Gaels is growing annually and it was great to see such a large turnout for the presentation.

All the age groups from Under-6 to Under-16 were presented with medals and special mention was given to the Under-12 and Under-16 teams for their successes during the year.

Player of the year awards were presented to Niall Murray (Under-14) and Cahair Doherty (Under-16).

Indoor hurling training continues for Under-6 to Under-13 at the LyIT Sports Hall from 5pm to 6pm every Friday evening while the Under-16 and Under-18 hurlers training is on Monday and Friday evenings from 6pm to 7pm at the Aura.
